LEGS, BUMS & TUMS

Legs, Bums, and Tums (LBT) is a popular fitness class and workout style focusing on toning the lower body (legs, glutes) and core (tummy/abs) through exercises like squats, lunges, crunches, and planks, 

FULL BODY FLEX

Our full-body FLEX workout targets all major muscle groups in a single session, providing an efficient way to build strength and improve fitness using kettlebells, dumbbells, weight plates, resistance bands and general body weight.

KETTLEBELLS

Our Kettlebell class is a full body workout that uses kettlebells to improve strength, endurance, balance and agility. Classes are suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. 

BOXERCISE

Box Fit is a high-energy, full-body workout that combines the fundamentals of boxing with functional fitness training. This non-contact class blends shadowboxing, pad work, footwork drills, core training, and conditioning exercises to help you build strength, stamina, and confidence.

RUN CLUB

Whether you're a complete beginner or seasoned pro our supportive Sunday crew helps keep you motivated and moving. Each session focuses on improving endurance. fitness and overall wellbeing, with a variety of routes, paces and distances to suit all abilities.
